Who is BMDA

We are a Notice of Right to Lien provider, which assists material suppliers and contractors in protecting their lien rights. We are a not-for-profit company and member owned with hundreds of building material suppliers and contractors belonging to our association. We have close ties to the construction industry, including trusted relationships with title companies, counties and cities throughout Oregon and Washington. In addition, BMDA has access to the most comprehensive title database available. We serve all size companies and are qualified to fit your needs.
